ORDER PROCESS –
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will get an email acknowledging your order and providing you with an order number. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement. A payment confirmation email will be sent to you once you completed your payment process.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS –
Paypal, Stripe and bank transfers.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING –
Shipping on all orders within Indonesia costs USD 3.
Most of our orders are shipped out via within 24 hours of purchase from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Domestic orders are shipped via JNE. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days its ship date. Please note that shipping times may vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING –
We offer standard worldwide shipping to our international customers for a flat fee to all region, which is USD 20. All orders are shipped out via TNT. We estimate you will receive your order within 7-20 business days.
ORDERS TRACKING –
After you have completed your payment process, we will get back to you along with a tracking number within one business day after your order is shipped out. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched – orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
Please also note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays
RETURN POLICY –
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of an unworn item within 10 business days from the day you receive the goods for store credit. Returned items must be in condition that they were received – UNUSED in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. Additional shipping charges are at your own expenses. And any return item received by us outside of the 10 days return policy window will not be accepted.
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGE POLICY –
We do not offer exchanges.
REFUND POLICY –
We do not accept refunds unless it is a manufacturing fault.
FAULTY ITEMS –
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 10 days of purchase. You will be provided with the right order or a refund, depending on your wish. An email with all the details of the fault has to be sent firstly before the item got shipped back to us. Any return item received by us without an email notice will not be accepted.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
